Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Douglassville, PA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We participate with Aetna PPO Network, Assurant Employee Benefits/SunLife Financial/DHA Network, Cigna PPO Network, Delta PPO & Premiere, Guardian Dental Guard Preferred Network, MetLife PDP, Principal Plan Dental Network, United Concordia PPO Network, and United Healthcare PPO Networks. We also accept most traditional insurance plans but please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Amity Dentistry does not participate in any Health Management Organizations (HMO's). We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards for any deductibles or co-pays that are due at the time of service. We will also file insurance claims for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist and your treatment is paid in full at the time of service.
